Spiffing y'all up, one typo at a time
It’s my one-year anniversary of blogging and I’m so excited! I never would of imagined how much I’d enjoy writing about all my grammar, spelling, and punctuation peeves for y’all. From the time that I introduced you to TGB to today, it’s been quite a ride.
I’ve spent the last week ideating on what to write about to commemorate this one year mark. Everyday that I write for you guys is a joy. When I lay down each night, I reflect on how much I have been taken back by all your support and encouragement. I am so happy to be apart of your lives—all from my little keyboard in Dallas, Texas the best place in the world. So, what I want to say most is thank YOU for giving my little blog and I a bit of your time each week. I hope you have less typos, less misspelled words, and less errors then you did before you met me.
As I continue on my TGB journey, there’s some things I dream about:
More importantly, I want to ask that you continue to read AND SHARE the work of hard-working bloggers like myself. Seriously, take a peak at my blog roll for some amazing and inspiring sites. (I even literally die laughing at some of these blogs!) And I’d like to say the biggest thanks of all to my dear friend, Julie, over at Sow, Sew, So for the swift kick in the pants I needed to start this blog!
Love y’all mountains and tons,
Did you find all the errors in this post and score 100% on the pop quiz? I hope so!
I tried to work in someplace that “I hope your car doesn’t get toad” but that was way too ridiculous even for this post.
